Please read these terms of use carefully before you start to use our site.
Once an order has been placed and confirmed this shows you have read the terms and conditions fully and understood them and accept.

ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS

- All our kidswear clothing are MADE TO ORDER.
- We do have outfits that can be posted anytime and this mark as ready made or ready to post or this can be seen at the description of the product ( can post immediately).
- Even if an item is marked in stock, it means it is available to order, we have to put a stock amount to allow you to order the item via our website.
- Most of our outfits start from Tiny baby up to age 6 years.
- All our kidswear are handmade with Love and Care.

RETURNS POLICY

- We have no returns/no refunds policy on SALE items, this is stated clearly as STOCK CLEARANCE SALE.
- We have no returns policy on all our items that are PERSONALISED/CUSTOMISED to order.
- Once you received your order, please contact us immediately for any problems. 

SHIPPING

- Allow 2 weeks turn around to make the order. Once your order is posted, normally 2-3 days to received your order,  an update about your order will be provided. 

- We checked all orders thoroughly before packing.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

- When washing DTF printed clothes, always use a gentle cycle with cold water. This helps keep the prints in good condition.

- Wash inside out - Turn your garment inside out before putting it in the washer to protect the DTF transfer from friction during the cycle.
